How do I request a refund?

Every paid plan has a 3-day money-back guarantee. Open the Billing page in your dashboard within 3 days of your payment and choose “Request refund” — that takes you to our contact form with “Refund request” preselected. Submit it and our team processes the refund to your original payment method and moves you to Free. You can also reach the same form directly from this page.

How long do refunds take to appear?

Once our team processes your request, the refund is issued to your original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a few business days to show up on your statement.

My scheduled post didn't publish — what happened?

Accepted Answer

Postbird retries failed publishes automatically and records the reason in your publishing log. The most common cause is an expired LinkedIn connection — reconnect the account in Settings → Integrations and re-queue the post. If it keeps failing, send us the post details via the form below.

How do I connect more LinkedIn accounts?

Accepted Answer

Free connects one account. On Pro you can connect up to three from Settings → Integrations — click “Connect LinkedIn” for each. Once connected, choose which account a post publishes from in the composer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can let your plan lapse from the Billing page — you keep Pro features until the end of the current term and are never charged again. Within 3 days of a payment you can request a refund instead, which moves you to Free once our team processes it.

Is my data and LinkedIn access secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OAuth tokens are encrypted and scoped to publishing only, and we never post anything without your approval. You can disconnect any account or delete your data at any time from Settings.
