Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Postbird (the “Service”), an AI-powered tool for scheduling and publishing LinkedIn content. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may sign up with email and password or with Google sign-in.

Postbird lets you draft posts, generate content with AI, schedule posts, and publish them to connected social accounts. Features include Auto Loop automated posting, a content calendar, scheduling with automatic retries, and publishing logs. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may evolve over time.

We currently offer the following plans:

• Free — $0. One LinkedIn account, 3 scheduled posts, 5 AI generations per day, and image and document uploads.
• Pro Monthly — $19 per month. Unlimited scheduled posts, Auto Loop automated posting, unlimited AI generation, and priority support.
• Pro Yearly — $190 per year. Everything in Pro Monthly with priority processing.

Payments are processed by Safepay. Each paid term grants access for its duration (monthly or yearly); prices may change with notice. Plan limits (such as the Free plan’s 3-scheduled-post and 5-AI-generations-per-day caps, and Pro-only Auto Loop) are enforced by the Service.

The AI produces suggested content based on the inputs you provide. AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing. You are solely responsible for everything you publish through the Service.

To publish, you connect third-party accounts such as LinkedIn and grant Postbird the access required to post on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. You must not use Postbird in any way that violates the rules of a connected platform.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harassing content.
• Send spam or engage in inauthentic or automated behaviour that violates a platform’s rules.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service’s security or infrastructure.
• Access another user’s data or use the Service to build a competing product by scraping.

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish. You grant Postbird a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service — for example, to generate drafts, schedule posts, and publish them to your connected accounts.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that posts will publish without delay or error, that AI output will be accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postbird will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
